Our Team

Hi to whom it my concern i have a great experience with Deb from top of the tablelands real estate on the sale of my property and highly recommend her. Deb is very informative with ever part of the sale and nothing was any trouble for her. She is a great asset to have whenever you're selling or buying a property Deb is the person for you  Thanks again Deb for all your help you made it easy for me and would use you again Deb.

Chris and his team went above and beyond to help us sell the property and navigate the new legalities.

Chris knows the market in the Tablelands like nobody else, he got me the best price and took the stress out of selling from a distance. He was a real asset. I would not have achieved the price I did if he hadn’t done the work bringing the only the right buyers to my door.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, whether you are new to the process or been through it before, Chris is the only person you should be contracting. He communicates clearly and honestly, his knowledge on all things is endless, he listens closely and takes care to make sure to take into account your every query or need in the way he assists. To say Chris was integral to not only finding our dream home in our price range and complicated parimeters, as well as making it as easy and pleasurable as it could possibly been is still understating the reality. Since finalisation he has continued to assist us get settled in and get familiar with our new home town We will be forever grateful not just for his assistance, but for his genuine friendship. I don't believe there is any other agent on the planet that could compare to Chris.

I'm very glad I sold through Chris. He managed to get me a much higher price on my house than other agents had promised. He has a strong knowledge of the market in and around Ravenshoe and he is good at dealing with people and being realistic about expectations. He was always relaxed and talked me through the more confusing parts of the negotiation, and recommended conveyancers who were also very capable and easy to deal with.

The knowledge and experience made it a pleasurable experience and the staff of top of the Tablelands are a great team I highly recommend selling or renting any property through this real estate. Exceptional experience.
